I'd argue that the gear scaling *isn't* decent. Lots of content gets crushed and trivialized as gear level increases.
Since late-Endwalker I have not seen Souls Measure/Tipped Scales during Nald'thal in Aglaia. That's during *the expansion it was released in* we were skipping a major mechanic of the final boss in an Alliance Raid.
I think gear scaling needs to be more aggressive.
