Incredibly gorgeous project management idea, unfortunately real: Just rebuild the old UI of the software you wanted to replace from scratch as a clone of the old one - like this all functional requirements are fulfilled and you don‘t risk missing out something. Incredible. They get along with that instead of being shot! I‘m sure they even get the praise for that.
„We are now in hypercare phase“. Bullshit bingo explained: Our software is such a mess that it breaks down every moment. Because quality is not within our competence. Therefore we invented this shiny product phase to put the blame on and suggest this would be just normal.
Today I had my 1st 1h++ meeting in VR using #Raum. Take-aways: - VR sucks after one hour; even seated you get dizzy - Usability of #Raum sucks: Clumsy handling of objects, using different controller keys than anybody else, Moving around is awkward and not the same as in other VR experiences, for example the curser won’t move you (only turn). - Still more "present" than in a usual MS teams session - Still no idea how to use this better then RL
