The title 'Lead' can mean different things. Simplifying it greatly:
- User Researchers lead user research on a product
- Senior URs lead a team of user researchers working across a number of products
- Lead URs lead teams of URs & UCD colleagues across a portfolio of products

It's products helps patients get essential services and appropriate care quickly. They are used in Urgent and Emergency care settings, by NHS 111 telephone service, 999 service providers and powers 111 Online. It supports the 23 million remote symptom assessments per year.
