i’ve lost a couple of pounds over the last few weeks. my clothes are baggier. i’ve switched up my workout to just doing cardio until i get up to 850 calories per session (five days a week). plus i’ve been eating grilled chicken breast and steamed brussel sprouts five times a week for lunch as well. i haven’t been able to lose pounds in a long time. looks like i may have found my tipping point. gonna try to keep it up. hope everyone is having a good day. peace.
