I've been a writer for a very very long time. I started out writing for fun when I was five, and started doing it professionally in my mid-20s.

However I have to say video editing and making creative decisions is far more fulfilling for me these days. The video I edited for my girlfriend's clients, I am so happy with it. And it was huge fun editing it.

So far today I have done a load of laundry, which at my building means I have to drag it down to the first floor and all that nonsense. And I finished editing a video for my girlfriend's corporate clients. And I've only been up 3 hours, and I did all this feeling like garbage.

Hell yeah.

I've mentioned it several times in the last couple of days, but if you've never seen the majesty that is the Gameboy Advance title, "Garfield: The Search for Pooky", behold, I played it and made a video of it 3 years ago so you don't have to.

A dear friend has also bought a Miyoo Mini Plus. That's very cool.

I'm still feeling crappy after being ill last night, but I will most definitely be playing my beloved Garfield: The Search for Pooky later today.

Okay beloved is an exaggeration, but it's become my go-to game for testing retro stuff.

I'm fascinated by the game. Everyone knows Garfield loves lasagna. So of course what does he eat in the game?

Hot dogs.

So I got my Miyoo Mini Plus all sorted with Onion OS, got the wifi connected, changed the boot logo etc...

And sadly I was quite ill this evening so I haven't actually gotten to play anything on it yet...

Still at least when I'm recovering from being ill tomorrow I have something to do now.

I'm not well tonight. Lingering health issues from a very serious illness 13 years ago. *sigh*

So it's vegetate on the couch and watch the Beverly Crusher centric Next Gen episode "Remember Me", S4E05.
