Ohio is almost certain to lose Sen. Sherrod Brown. Our population is in deep, deep denial about how bad R policy is trashing up this state. Shitsucking little fash weasel Josh Mandel will probably win this time.
I need to start lining things up to be ready to GTFO of this state.
Maybe. Not for me though. My issue is I don’t want to drive to the theater, drop $75 for tickets and snacks, and have to miss part of the movie when I need to use the pee soaked restroom. The experience just isn’t worth it to me.
But, admittedly I’ve been enjoying doing things in public places less and less. This is just my perspective, but I’m sure I’m not alone.
@PadreSJ yeah, Texans, step it up. If the cost of living is making it too hard to buy more guns it’s time to make some sacrifices.
Skip a house payment, there’s your 4th AR with nifty holo sight.
Let that car payment lapse for a month and you can have a bitchin new H&K .40.
Break out that credit card and get a whole new array of tacticool cul-de-sac commando gear in this season’s hottest new styles and colors.
I mean, are you going to be content with just 9 or 10 guns? Come on!
@GoodVibes7472 srry but, that article is yet another example of one the prime reasons that rationality is losing out to right wing extremism. Too many people insist that a thing can’t happen or is unlikely to happen because it’s against the rules.
Rules don’t matter anymore to a third of the population. And that third has at least as much influence on the rules as the other two thirds combined.
I’m really making an effort to be less snarky on this platform.
Sometimes it is difficult. So very difficult.
