So refreshing to have a 1:1 with my boss that doesn't feel like I have to go on the defense every week to prove I belong here and justify how I spent my week. I guess I didn't realize until this job that 1:1s can just be like... conversations?

Whenever I start a new job, one of the first things I do is create a slack channel called #1 and see how long it takes for people to accidentally find it when chatting on their own channels about other things and noticing that #1 is blue when they type it.

Shower thought - @OpenAI DALL-E but for music. I hum a tune and give it qualifiers like genre, style, types of instruments, etc. and it plays a made-up song. Potentially use @pandoramusic's Music Genome Project as training data.
