At the museum there was an opportunity to write an encouraging note.
Eldest and I started writing at the same time, and as I finished, I glanced over to his. My breath caught.

Today, I had to contact Walmart about an order issue. Nothing big, but I wanted to get it sorted out. This was the end of my chat.
All I did was speak with kindness.
Please remember Customer Service folks are having a tough time.
Kindness costs nothing and can mean everything.
I have a person in my life who likes to tag me in things. They tagged me in this one today hoping to goad me into a fight.
But the issue is quite simple—actors won’t do free advertising for the a**holes who refuse to pay us.

WGA Virtual Mix (ran by Jelena Woehr & Joseph Mwamba) and Green Envelope Grocery Aid (ran by Joelle Garfinkel) have partnered up to provide $100 grocery funds directly to lower-level WGA Writers, Support Staffers, & PreWGA writers due to the lack of work during the WGA strike. We want to help aid as many people as possible by #PreWGA Day on Thursday, June 29th, which kicks off with the #PreWGA Day Picket @ 10 AM (at Disney Studios), then the post-picket Miracle Mile Mixer @ 6p (at All Season Brewery). Cheryl loved the water. One of the last thing we did together before her third cancer diagnosis was go kayaking (yes, she owned two).
