Dinner is served, milady. Your entree this evening is pureed salmon and coconut oil with a soupçon of thyroid medication. Your main is tuna and prawns in broth with a little rice and carrots, and to finish we have your favourite: a splash of lactose-free milk.
Should you require a snack at any time, please help yourself to the nibbles on the plate under the chair - with the compliments of the house. #catsOfMastodon
Maybe I don't need a car?
Since my legs became so dodgy I haven't driven much anyway. I'm nervous of my control. And I am responsible only for myself.
I have a scooter that gets me comfortably to anywhere within 2ks, bus & train access and I take Ubers if I go any further. Is it really worth the struggle to learn to use hand controls and get the car modified if I don't really need it? Not to mention the capital tied up in the car and the ongoing costs from my pension.
I'm leaning towards No.
What I did today

Withdrew $ needed tomorrow
Sent 2 emails
Panicked

I really should go have a shower. But the cat wants a cuddle, and who am I to decline?
I can't take a picture now as I am immobilised except for one arm, but old picture included for cat tax. #cats
