There’s a subreddit called “r/OrphanCrushingMachine” that’s about bleak headlines that are trying to appear chipper, i.e. “This 4th grader saved up enough money to buy their classmate insulin for a few months!”, stuff like that.

Made homemade pasta by hand for the first time ever. Didn’t have pasta at home, don’t have a pasta roller machine thing, so I made some! Took like an hour and a half lol

I also did a homemade pasta sauce using leftover canned tomatoes with some brats and bacon.

The noodles came out better than I thought they would but the sauce was a little too acidic and thick for my liking. Overall pretty good but definitely improvements to be made!

Parents dryer stopped heating. Turns out they never properly connected the exhaust vent.

Plugged the duct in thinking there was duct already there inside. There wasn’t. Several miracles over a fire never started.

Tested continuity in the thermostat and thermistor, thermistor had none. Who knows what else needs to be replaced
