Busy full on day today but I passed my ITF grading!
I’m now half way to my black belt 
I passed I passed!
I got a credit mark overall for my first psychology unit 🎉🎉🎉
Ughhhh the cramps are kickin my arse 😭 literally making me tear up and double over.
Went to take some Naproxen but I am all out, so opted for some ibuprofen. I don’t think it’s helping.
It arrives this morning with a vengeance.
Intense pain.
So now on Sunday I will be spending the day grading when my period is at its most heaviest.
Fun times ahead.
