@PanickedFoodie yeah no doubt. Injections are far superior. Maybe i was just sensitive but when i went on amazon and read the reviews other people had similar experiences. IDK. Fortunately, you pee out whatever b vitamins you dont need unlike fat soluable ones like vitamins A and E.

@PanickedFoodie i took a multivitamin once with like a crap ton of b12 that was probably suited for someone running a marathon or competing in the Olympics.. . I got sick, threw up and my ears clogged up. It was a horrible experience. So i can only imagine what you are going through.
