As a young child, I only liked eggs scrambled. As I got to middle and high school, a hard fried egg was my go to (usually accompanied by Taylor Ham and cheese). For the last couple decades, over easy became preferred. As I near my 48th birthday, I am finally ready to embrace the majestic beauty of a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg. I cooked and ate these spicy Korean BBQ wings last night. Sauce was brown sugar, gochujang, soy, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, water, sesame oil
