@cmeier @markuswerle The wrath isn’t hitting him because he killed two people in a car accident. It’s hitting him because he sued the victims’ relatives for writing private letters complaining about it and then explicitly tried to extort them by saying he’d only dismiss if they agreed not to talk about him or push for his prosecution.

If your sympathy is with him in that scenario, are values are wildly dissimilar.

I’ve been incredibly angry — furious, even for ME — about the most loathsome and contemptible defamation suit I’ve ever seen in my career, and now Mike Masnick at TechDirt has written about the despicable case and about my anti-SLAPP motion to dismiss it. Reading it just makes me angrier.
