@dnc No, those look like inkcap mushrooms and are harmless. They tend to grow when the soil is moist and during times of higher humidity. The fungus breaks down organic matter and helps improve the quality of the soil, so there's no need to do anything - just let them die on their own. I've seen some great examples of mushrooms the last few weeks!

Go back and check your content. I've seen some post where people are claiming Reddit rolled back and their deleted or changed content has all been restored. If that's true, it needs to be shouted from the rooftops.

Luckily my boss and colleagues all recognize Teams limitations on the idle status and we just get our work done. I'm not going to attempt to game it - but then I work when I say I'm working and the job gets done, so management isn't breathing down our necks about idle status.
