Just curious: if accounts are truly "carefully reviewed" before suspensions, then what's the point of an appeal form?

Shouldn't it just be:

- "Beg us"

- "Promise you won't do it again"

- "Ask for a second chance"

Otherwise, the appeal form feels more like theater than process..
