Today's labor demonstration against ICE was well-attended, I'm pleased to report! Also was fortunate that my contingent passed the facility *before* they deployed tear gas. (Apologies if this is a repeat; thought I had posted earlier but then didn't see it in my profile, so posting again in case I just didn't finalize the post the first time)

Went to an anti-Trump/anti-ICE demonstration today. Not the largest demonstration I've seen, but bigger than the one I went to in November.

While cooking dinner, my folks had the news on and I saw the footage of what happened today. And so I can definitively say that the "self-defense" claim is utter horseshit. One time I was at a strike event where a guy got mad about the street being blocked, and the way he angrily turned off and almost hit a few of us was more threatening than what Renee Nicole Good was doing.

Well, I lost #Whamageddon this afternoon while while walking through my workplace's lobby. 😛

Made some cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving.

Today it was cold in Portland, but still went out to do a short march. Also got to see a member of the Portland Frog Brigade talk.
