Now this one is spooky… I just got my ancient non-WiFi iPod out of the cupboard for the first time in years and plugged it in to charge. It’s so old it has the Apple 40 pin connector rather than Lightning or wireless charging. And here this antique is, the first advert of my Facebook feed…
And that’s a wrap! Today I finally retire after more than 42 years at work.
Admittedly I wasted the first two years working on military radar systems but then I moved into satellites & space and that’s what I’ve been doing for the last 40 fabulous years.
During that time I’ve worked for 11 companies, lived in 4 countries, and had enough business travel for 3 lifetimes.
So – in the words of The Terminator (and Boris Johnson) – Hasta la vista, baby!
