Everything had been grey for so long. Finally spring remembered and dressed in blue and light. The sun was warm and occasioned with birdsongs. I had promised myself a break and a nice long walk. I was thinking about the walking around the lake. I hadn’t been back to walk around the lake since Woofer’s passing. We had walked there together just one week before he went.
