@stufromoz It’s still inedible, no matter how interesting its history.
So, my train to Saigon is now leaving early, and my flight from Sydney to Orange is late, which means I’m going to be spending the best part of two days at airports. Unless anyone has suggestions for killing time in Saigon or Sydney (with luggage)?

My gods, Apple Maps are fucking useless. There’s no ATM here. Still, found a nice little place for a banh mi and salt coffee.
