Have started to use Twitter, mostly tweets about midterm elections. Also have Instagram account now. Want to write something about my travels in Greece. I like writing but not so easy for procrastinators like myself. I think I'll make an effort to do a page or two of notes every day--that may help. Best to all.
I just starting publishing my work on a new site, Journoportfolio. The site is easy to use and a place where you can keep all your work.
I returned from Greece last Saturday. I'm still trying to adjust to the time difference. I saw so much of Greece. It is a very diverse country. I especially liked Macedonia and Thessaly in the north and the Peloponnese. The landscape was stunning and the cities, crazy vibrant. I am just starting to get back to writing.
I hope I have used the follow button correctly. I am following several posters. Please let me know if I have messed up.
@pixielauren I'm very glad to be on this forum. I'm still getting the hang of it. You raise an interesting point about multi-genre writers. For me, I think it has something to do with what the material needs. I do find short stories and plays a lot easier than novels because they are shorter, no mystery there. For novels, I have followed the Cervantes Don Quixote technique: short, dramatic scenes.
@ezrapeace I am planning a visit to Greece including Athens soon. I am looking forward to seeing a lot of Greece including Thessaloniki and Corfu.
Hello, I'm Maria. I write non-fiction pieces, photographic essays, novels, short fiction, and plays.
