1 of #tumblr 's best bits: zodiac nerds getting mad about people calling themselves #Ophiuchus & calling the whole thing a hoax as if they weren't playing pretend with bargain bin star magic. It's like they were given a Fun New Toy, and rejected it because they took the established game too seriously.

I've been playing around with #twine more. The more I learn about it, the more interested I am in trying to use it to write time-shenanigans. Using adaptive tech to tell stories that CYOA novels never could.

Take O' The Day - If you're playing Kingdom Hearts for complexity's sake (rather than because the idea of a playable Disney ad appeals to you), just read #Homestuck instead - at least then you'll be exposed to interesting dialogues about abuse, Gnosticism, free will vs determinism, causality, and self actualization.

I'm pretty torn when creating creepy art. On one hand, I left a mutilated, pasta-"cooking" doll high up in the woods and had her go local-viral, on the other she was taken, thereby providing a finite end to the fun.

It's safer to keep stuff with me, but less exciting because then I'm not sharing it/seeing how it impacts the world.

I'm not gonna be motivated to keep going, 'cause you're making it even clearer that you just want someone to sit there while you talk about what you like, for hours. Find a forum.

Don't...write out message-after-message as a matter of course lmao. If you spend a solid 10 minutes typing non-stop, and spamming the enter key so that I get 15 notifications in that time, I'm not going to respond lmao. Maybe this is me being petty but like...especially when done /constantly/, it really reads like you're not actually looking to have a conversation, you just want a person to listen to you monologue.

On a conscious level, I understand the need for people to come to terms with death, because hey: we're not an (im/a)mortal race yet. On the other, I hope we can learn to recognize all the "death,,, is Good actually" talk for what it is, when we conquer it.

Is it petty that I want people to tag het-porn lmao. Like, gay stuff often gets tagged, but het stuff is a gamble. "Is this untagged thing gonna be good'n'gay, or more het annoyance"

I love @stormyhusky because they don't seem to mind me ranting about how #BreathoftheWild 's portrayal of #Zelda (and the rest of the world, but...all surrounding Zelda) form an incredibly emotional statement about compulsory faith, and give the character this society-defining weight. It's Good.
