Happy #caturday
Turns out my non contact voltage tester makes the same sound as the auto feeder we use on vacation, so they're hanging out as I work.
Ahhhh I fell for it! I wanted to know what firmware one of our printers is running, so I typed the AI garbage Google provided into the terminal without checking.
Turns out M110 is the command for...reset line position? Thankfully, harmless.
But seriously, Google. Some of these commands could set my printer on fire and burn the whole place down. It's not good enough to be almost right maybe.
Sometimes I order a component in a new larger quantity and get a fun package.
For example, here is what happens when you order 40,000 capacitors at once: you get a fancy box!
Yes, I *know* it's a lame hobby, okay?
Oh hey cool yeah I see you don't like how I protect myself online, but it wouldn't happen to be because you're trying to track my every fart and burp, right? Right?
Also, this seems more like a you problem than a me problem.
Every once in a while I revisit an old repair and have a real wtf moment.
Today's example is this SHOCK WIRE, purpose lost to the sands of time. What the hell was I doing that I felt the need for this abomination?
