Was able to add something useful to accessiweather today. Point-based alerts by default over zone-based alerts for more precise accuracy.
Giant refactor of Accessiweather is done. Not fun, but it's better than what would've been if I kept letting the mess grow. I dunno, it might be basically feature complete. Without the ability to get alerts for international locations via Open Meteo, the notification sounds feature will only work for NWS which is kinda meh. Not sure how to implement it just based on current conditions and forecast.
AccessiWeather now has a first pass implementation at an auto-updater. Download the dev build to test it. http://accessiweather.orinks.net

New dev build of AccessiWeather out with implemented user feedback from @davetaylor2112. Changed the UI for the weather information to be front and center. Location > current conditions > forecast, followed by the UI buttons. Much less tabbing to get to the information you need now. Also added: The UI hides irrelevant information depending on weather source. E.G. If Open-Meteo is selected, or auto is selected and you have a location selected in the UK, the weather discussion etc will not be visible and vice versa if a US location is selected. http://accessiweather.orinks.net
I'm curious. Does anyone remember a program called WeatherSig? It was a nifty Windows XP program that updated your email signature with dynamic weather information, at time of reply/composition etc. Thinking of adding that to AccessiWeather in the near future because I miss it. Anybody else miss it too or would it just be a gimic?

Good night. I leave you with one of my recent Suno generations.
I released a patch for AccessiWeather that should hopefully fix the installer. I tested it the best way I could and it's working alright. If people report more errors and such thinking of just ditching the installer entirely and just keeping it purely portable, haven't had issues, nor has anyone else, with that version.
AccessiWeather 0.9.3 released with final international support and critical bugs squashed. What I mean by final international support is I don't intend to change the weather source again because I can't find a great one. So I found a good one. https://orinks.github.io/AccessiWeather/
