Why does it have to be 1 or the other in a city? You can absolutely have both in mixed development, add in shops for basic needs as well. Is it going to be as big a a suburban place? No, but you can have a small garden and a garage.
It’s really weird and unnerving seeing American cities and suburbs. They are so badly planned/zoned for actual living, when compared to European countries
So I had a quick look for one, and I wouldn’t even say elaborate scooter, it’s just a scooter. Yea it has bigger wheels which use actual tyres and tubes, but that’s the only real difference.
The one I checked out was around 10kg, so not super light or anything(heavier than my bikes, but granted they cost significantly more). You aren’t going to be more efficient than a bike, it is going to suck when you get to any climb.
These definitely aren’t for me, or anyone in my area(too many hills), a bike is the significantly better option.
How can I boycott something I don’t participate in more?
Fuck these ages verification checks, for now, embrace the VPN life
So the same as every American electric car
Zen is my default browser, is what I use on my Desktop and my Steam deck. I also use Firefox on mobile, cause there isnt a Zen mobile.
I use Safari on my iPad with uBlock Origin lite to watch youtube.
If I need to use a chromium browser, I currently have Helium installed, but I will probably grab Vivaldi as a backup browser.
I dont really have any plans to change away from Zen and Firefox, works for everything that I need, and anything that doesnt I kinda just walk away from. I also love the Zen interface and workflow.
