Chief TWiT 
The Covid lockdown began in California five years ago today. Many of us turned to sourdough baking for consolation.
Not surprisingly I’m back at it.
We may have lost our democracy but at least I’ve gained the perfect sourdough bagel.

I did an @ant_pruitt thing today. I was looking at some 1980’s B&W action photos online and started wondering if they used Kodak Tmax 400 film and if the paper was Kodak or Ilford paper. Yes, I’m old. I still remember the chemical mix for developing B&W photo paper.
I also remember cursing at a dumb ass classmate who managed to set off their camera flash while we were manually rolling film canisters. I thought I was The Shizznit™️©️because I could make a 24 photo roll into a 32 photo roll.

When Skynet sends the robots after us, they'll find me at Mona's Bar in NYC enjoying Ben & Jerry's and Guiness. I'd have never thought the combo would work until I tried it, but it's a little bit of the best stuff ever.

@leo I heard you talking about Westinghouse on TWiT. My grandparents had Westinghouse appliances for decades. Grandma was a professional baker who liked their ranges and standalone ovens because the temperature control was very precise. They also had consistent heat up and cool down times, quality construction, and Grandpa could get parts for them as needed.
Westinghouse used to be the gold standard for appliances much like Hobart and KitchenAid were for mixers.
