so i've been tentatively keeping an eye on this, but it really does look like the Observer getting sold to Tortoise Media lead to Sonia Sodha losing her job as Editor/Lead Writer for the Guardian UK.

Since then the paper has stopped doing fanatical anti-trans pieces and now is just reporting about trans issues as if we're citizens.
