If someone suspects insurrectionist, hate group, or election meddling related activities from within the DODs research and development area of the IC, who should you report this to if proper investigation would require knowledge of remote sensing technology?
Does anyone else here study nanotechnology? Especially when related to biosensors, optical resonators, quantum computing, synthetic telepathy, quantum entanglement of the brains own crystals, and other research and development related technology?
My opinion of how DOD handles their research and development operations...
