@jzb Thanks for the reminder about bandcamp Fridays. I just went for a few albums: Transmissions from a Hidden World by Ben Prunty, The Pearl by MAGELLA, and Still + Bright by Amythyst Kiah.

I'm most looking forward to the last one - I've been wanting to check out some black country after watching Jordan Peele's documentary series High Horse.

@ajroach42 my Exvangelical girlfriend looked into this a bit. Apparently the author has been on a podcast that tends to romanticize Christian pop culture some. She noticed that none of the Christian magazines have reviewed it which is telling. She says, "I would guess that it's petty meh"

@mntmn weirdest for me is seeing people's google plus profile images in my address book, even though I moved off of gmail years ago, those pictures somehow follow me around on my phone even though I've moved to an address book on nextCloud

@vkc Yes! I just made a little zsh `help $x` function, that looks for shell docs, falls back to man pages, and falls back to `$x --help`. Having this little thing has made me realize how much is in local documentation and I'm going online for answers.
