This is probably gonna be the topic for my letter to Sydette this week but I'm rolling around in my head how art and culture are important even when shit is getting bad.

It's THEIR job to do what they need to do to convince us they're qualified for the job.

That's the fucking point. When someone is trying to run a city, county, state, province or country, we're supposed to look at them and weigh their strengths and weaknesses.
