I found this tool, which can upload videos based on whatever ytdl-sub [https://github.com/jmbannon/ytdl-sub] downloads and to Peertube. I had the issue, that the import from YouTube doesn’t really work well in Peertube so I had to find a workaround. Maybe this helps others as well.
