"Slashing Monzo's Build and Test Pipeline Time by ~70%"
At Monzo, we maintain a robust testing culture with over 30,000 tests, ensuring all features are thoroughly tested. But this also means that it takes increasingly longer to run tests as we develop more features and add more tests. In this talk, I’ll share the strategies we implemented to dramatically reduce our CI test execution time from over 60 mins to as little as 15 mins.
