Once again, time to step away from the other topics and brag about somethin' I made: Chicken vegetable stew. (I love cooking.)
Ingredients: Three large boneless chicken breasts (pre-roasted a couple days ago), cut into bite-sized bits. Celery, onions, potatoes, garlic, homegrown carrots and parsnips, several green and red chilis, various spices to taste, a little white wine, all in a thick, savory sauce. Rather spicy overall, but that's what we like here.
