Airline mechanic. AI is not going anywhere near us and if it does it will be trained on absolute garbage and be wrong 100% of the time.
Looks around at how fucked the world is Maybe they were right?

This has been a long time coming, a perfect example of the frog in in the pot; well, the water is boiling now.

I will not comply with any of this. No website or service or app or app store is getting my ID. I know I wont be the only one, and the system has removed so many manual ways of doing things that those of us who refuse will bring the system to a grinding halt. It will not be easy and life will be made more difficult for us, but it will also be for them.

We must all resist this in every way we can.

Just start keying the shit out of these cars.
UK, AUS to name a few, but many others are doing this, and its only a matter of time before the US gets in on the action.
More like they are being forced to by Governments who are pushing kid safety as a way to achieve their final goal which is a drivers license to use the Internet.
Technically correct.

Like the other user who pointed out that v3 works on linux; I have also heard rumblings from inside Affinity that Linux support is their #1 request, I would not be surprised to see v3 officially supported in one way or another. I’ve tried the method mentioned above but had mixed results with it. Yes it “works” but UI scaling was a mess for me and other parts of the UI just did not have the finish that you see on the windows or mac versions. I really really want them to get there.

Lastly I need a good photo library manager. Darktable is ok, but again, the UI is a mess. Linux needs a real lightroom killer.

Inkscape is a legitimately great application for vector art.
Its time to leave these games. As hard as it is, their lact of respect of you in supporting linux (which they can easily do) is just as bad in my eyes as Microslop and windows. Tons of great games work on steam on linux, even lots of multiplayer games. I’m done with windows and done with anti-cheat lock-in. Vote with your wallet.
