Got a 2nd wind to make dinner and did the dishes while I was at it. I'm getting better at using momentum to do stuff and then sitting down.

And now that I've stopped moving, I hurt 🙃

I bought a udemy course on WP Theme writing and watched some of it and now I am super exhausted.

I guess I need to limit myself.

and no the dishwasher is not getting emptied by me tonight. idefk if I can cook the salmons I set to thaw.

well the dye (admittedly, old) did not work out.

so sad that Punky Colour changed their formula and now my hair is just this awful half bleached, half dull blue until I can get some new dye.
