Don't get me wrong I do like food fusion, somethings just don't work. I had some Tokyo fries at a ramen restaurant. The nori (seaweed) & kabochi (aged tuna flakes) fall off when you pick up a fry and with ketchup? The fries themselves were sub par. Oh well, live & learn.
