Outbound posts and comments on my instance not working - Lemmy.world

Comments and posts I make from my instance aren’t showing up on the outside. I’ve checked lemmy.one and lemmy.world but I only see posts/comments made from those two instances. Other comments I’ve made on other people’s posts aren’t showing up either. I’m trying to parse the logs but nothing is standing out as obviously wrong. Any ideas?
