@AnachronistJohn @timbray private equity, I believe
@leftyknowitall @Flowermob I appreciate this comment so much more than you know as a pleasantly plump individual. Truly. However, I'm going to argue that directed disrespect like this is acceptable. There is an expectation that certain jobs require certain things. I don't expect to join the military because strength and agility are not my skillset. And I judge those that do, including the gravy seals. LE is expected to use body. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness. đź’• Brings joy among the gloom.
@signalapp That's cool, but it doesn't seem like they have a valid support line, so good luck if it doesn't work!
@503bartley @chockenberry why would audio be acceptable?

@GhostOnTheHalfShell @taylorlorenz

I would agree. That’s why I left the snippet about big business and the use of X. Makes no sense.

@taylorlorenz

To answer this, we should first understand why people don’t think it makes sense. Someone I know that dislikes big business, and uses X said: “I struggle to understand the basics of a decentralized social network, it seems oxymoronic except for extreme nerds”.

Take that as you will, but hopefully it is useful feedback.

@DirtyAnCom

Bend to a U shape and aim it any direction you may wish to bounce the sound. Never at people, of course.

From my knowledge, the following is true: sign in with MS account will store encryption key. It can be deleted. But is anything cloud really deleted?

Setting up computer as a local machine, from what I know, does not sync encryption keys. They change things frequently and I don’t trust MS, so still use caution.

Setting up a machine on Active Directory in an enterprise setting allows bit locker keys to be written to Active Directory, but I don’t believe it is enabled OOB.
