I've been battling some GI issues a lot of this year but outside that I'm pretty happy with my body, my top scar is looking good and every day I feel so much better for having done it. can't wait to see people again and just Vibe in Myself

I walked 30k steps yesterday and hardly feel it at all today. bodes well for returning to cons when it's time

I love the whole "oh but owning a home ties you down" argument against buying a house as if it's just a great and wonderful pleasant experience to know your only home and refuge can be yanked out from under you whenever the landlord doesn't feel like renewing your lease in a lot of places. and where that's not legal (here) they get shady and try to go sideways. fuck you I absolutely want to be "tied down" I want SECURITY

frankly after several years of living in Canada I'd rather go back to the states where at least most people are loud and clear things are shit rather than up here trying to throw a rug over most of the same problems to maintain a facade of "well at least we're better than our neighbors"
