@Strev there is nothing on the market that could be go for measuring sleep patterns. Only medical devices. For HR monitor you can buy cheaper Fitbit Alta HR or MiBand 2 (I think it has HR monitor)
@Strev first experiment: polyphasic sleep. I know the sleep measures are shit, but I'll get HR monitor.
So one week to get baseline, and after that all go for some polyphasic sleep schedule.
Then I test how changes in diet will change my overall performance.
