It really has just stopped being creative fun. And it makes me sad.
Misses when the rp was about world building and narrative. Telling stories together. Now it's all just pissing contests. Less about what cool stories can be told but how much glory can you amass for your oc
This was a significant portion of what killed so much of my will to create. I have zero desire to compete with others in the realm of creativity. Especially when it was in a community about working together.
And that's been my last attempt to revive that spark.
Every single time I create and carve something out for myself someone moves in. So I create something else and carve it out. Create something for the community to work together. Repeat until too damn tired and I give up. I quit.
Everyone says they hate summer but I'm sitting here being cold and it sucks.
GF and I adulted hard today and replaced a leaky toilet component.
Also the reason the clock started so high this year was a carry over from a dono that came in last year after the cap. I applied it to this year's starter time.
