It's 1:30am and it's 36.3 celcius outside. This is frankly obscene. How am I supposed to sleep like this?

I have replaced one armchair with myself. Not sure there'll be a tangible difference to those around me.
One of the other artists at the studio gave me a couch. In my 3mx3m space I now have:

Haven’t had much to say lately because I’ve been spending most of my time hanging out with other creatives. My studio space has become somewhat of an unofficial hangout for everyone else on my floor. Today was an unusually quiet day, so I was able to put my feet up and keep working on that one blanket I started two years ago.
wordsmith‽ ⁂Dusk was setting in and one half of the sky had realised, shading itself in gentle pink with orange fringes. The other half was still blue, albeit darker. Between the two was...not a contrail: it was somehow more evenly-circular and wasn't the usual colour. It was several colours. Its /seven/ colours were more difficult to pick out because of the two sides of the sky it delineated. But it was a rainbow at dusk, in the precise middle of the day and the night. I had never before seen a duskbow.
Moved into the larger space at the studio last night. Halfway through building my new desk. Need to get wood filler and sandpaper today, of the weather calms down. It’s so humid!!
I think that once one finds a community it's so much easier to feel good about what one does. Even though I'm one of only two writerly types here, everyone has been so welcoming and so accommodating that I feel like I've found my home.
Mr. Monday will be joining me here this week too, to do his creative things. Everyone is thrilled to have him along too, and it's wonderful for us both to be so unconditionally accepted and celebrated just for being ourselves.

But! I do now have a space at an artist's studio and spend most of my days pursuing various creative interests. No work has been done on The Novel, but I have been working like mad on comics and crochet. Looking forward to one day being able to release more of the comics that we've been cooking up.
