Just another scruffy-minded fool
My favorite pastimes include watching movies, reading sci-fi/fantasy books, gaming, cooking/baking, and listening to music. I've even been known to write some poetry from time to time.
I'm also pretty fluent in the C programming language, though I'm probably a bit rusty.

the loaf of whole wheat bread didn't come out too bad, kinda collapsed a little when carrying it upstairs, maybe the glutens weren't developed enough or it's because of the extra hydration or something
I'm guestimating I usually have it at 50% or so, but this is closer to 70%

Attempting to make another loaf of bread.. whole wheat 70% hydration.. I found a scale and everything
trying my little heating pad hack too, since it seemed to really speed things up last time

omg, I made this Indian dish that consisted of wild & regular rice, split peas, and a super spicy vindaloo sauce that was more or less from scratch (crushed tomatoes, spice mix, etc)
came out great though
