A little feed cleanser. About once a month, I get more eggs that I can eat from my CSA. I make what I call “gotta go” frittatas (in honor of my friend’s mom) using other ingredients that, you guessed it, gotta go.
This month: collard greens, 1/2 red bell pepper, scallions, pork chorizo (from a local farm), cheddar cheese, and 8 eggs.
