@Riedl @j2bryson they’re actively trying to create a precedence, so by triggering the appeal process, it pushed the lawyer of the artist to submit an appeal which carefully outlined the creation process, and can further guide future rulings.

@Riedl they failed to mention, this is actively being contested per the appeal process and is not officially rejected until that has taken place.
