Bahahaha. Any user could scroll past 600 tweets in no time flat. He simply doesn’t want people using the site. It’s bonkers.
All of this worked fine a year ago. He’s sabotaged the site.
In the world of autonomous driving, the theoretical driving capability of these vehicles is divided up into levels, zero through five, where zero is a standard human-operated car and five is a fully automated, 100% trustworthy vehicle.
By most estimations, the best we have at the moment is level two, maybe level three. Teslas, for example, can’t be trusted to not accelerate out of control, or swerve into another vehicle. The human operator needs to be ready to take control at a moment’s notice.
