I'm a #healthcare policy analyst, advocate and blogger who focuses primarily on the #ACA (#AffordableCareAct), but I also write about #Medicaid, #CHIP and a lot of other U.S. healthcare system stuff. Last year I also gained some attention for #COVID19 data analysis.

New #Twitter migrants: if you know how to run custom CSS on your browser, check out #MastodonBirdUI by @rolle . It looks much better than the default #mastodon UI, and can make the migration smother.
Welcome back to a bunch of people who started accounts on Mastodon in November then slunk back to Twitter hoping things wouldn't get worse.
Take my advice and just stay here next time! Uninstall the Twitter mobile app and install either Tusky (android) or Ivory (iOS) and start following people here. You won't need to go back!
I won't lie and say the transition is *painless*... it takes like... 72 hours and some clicking to get set up and used to it?
