@rateexportpilot @ZachWeinersmith I’m very much convinced the case is because we aren’t being served up engagement farmers from the algorithm.

Even communities you like and follow on Twitter, the algorithm only shows you the most controversial takes and opinions and when you see enough of it your worldview shifts to think that’s the truth of the world.

The truth is most people are genuinely level headed.

@hpkomic last unsolicited advice: if you can’t decide between 3 choices, take those 3 to an artist whose style you like that you found online or on Instagram, see how they react to each or if they get excited about one or the other and then bam… you get what you want and they also are excited to do it. Sometimes they can help you make a decision as well. For example placement, the look of it, the color, etc.

@hpkomic I’d say my general advice is to get what you want—it’s your money and your body. Pick whatever looks the coolest and just send it.

One angle to consider though is that tattoo artists are artists—and unless it’s a realism piece they typically aren’t stoked just being asked to be human printers.

Again, you should always just get what you want but I always found my favorite tattoos came from just letting the artist cook what they felt like that day.

@hpkomic are the designs from the same artist or are you taking the designs to an artist?
@yeep first time for me I didn’t know it was a mechanic. I heard “Fresh meat” and was like “huh, that’s weird, the elites usually don’t talk” and then was one-shot. Lol

@BenjaminHimes going to guess you can’t elect to opt out, right?

Also find it funny there is an “Other Data” category after listing a whole bunch of items. Just say you collect everything. Go full ambiguity.

@[email protected] when I was Reddit there was a comment that if you used controller on PC it would do the same auto-aim feature as on console. You can’t turn it off. There’s target locking that some people said work well enough but to me it’s just another button to press and worry about.

I just figured I’d try builds that require a lot less aiming. I think my first alt will be a Necro because of that.
