Please, come walk with me through this traditional Australian Japanese cherry blossom path in August
unlike Chinese gardens, this lake was a) a very bright aqua, and b) was flowing all over the place. A weird effect.
The crowd was made up of lots of Japanese heritage people, some rocking yukatas, some bemused Middle-Eastern heritage people, and weeaboos, also some rocking yukatas
It's just like one of my Japanese anines (including guy with long silver hair - they organised a cosplay show for the opening weekend)
Apparently the cherry blossoms are out in Sydney as of this weekend so I thought I'd take a squiz (apologies if my client has decided not to compress these)
