@Wiebke-Fuchs yes - each colour row vertically is a pattern row that shows which shafts to raise. I use a hand loom where the shafts are raised by individual levers

@CaraBruar once the loom is set up, I can weave a towel in about 5 or so hours - I usually break it into thirds, though, but if pressed I can finish a towel in a solid day’s weaving
